NCD Alliance Constitution (August 2020)

The NCD Alliance Constitution was approved in May 2017, when NCDA became a non-governmental organisation (NGO), based in Geneva (Switzerland); and it was subsequently revised in August 2020.
The present Constituion is valid as of 28 August 2020. Three main changes were passed in August 2020 in order to:
- Allow future General Assembly meetings to be held virtually (or a mix between face-to-face and virtual);
- Define the composition of the Nominations Committee;
- Introduce the role of a President-Elect.
